Triathlon...

I have commited myself to doing a triathlon this summer and I started my "beginner triathlon" training today! It was not fun!! And I have a lot of work to do in the next few months in order to get to a point where I can participate successfully! I am in no way out to win, I am out to finish!! I am not a runner so that will be the biggest obstacle for me. The swim and bike I know I can handle although I will certinaly have to train in those two areas as well!

Before the torture began...I'm so happy! :)After the torture...things aren't so funny anymore! Look at those nostrils flaring as I struggle to breath! HA!
